NEW OWNERS HAVE TOTALLY REDONE THIS UNIT!!!!
Everything within this unit has been replaced, refreshed and/or refurbished, allowing you to relax, refresh and renew yourself!!
The building itself is about five years old, this unit stands out as a totally new home within it. The only orgiinal items you will find are the hot water heater, dishwasher (on the list for 2004) and the washer/dryer, which will be replaced as soon as a stackable unit with a front loading washer is market available. There are many extra items for you as well, beach chairs and beach towels, sand toys, for the little kids (or the big ones!!) a regular cooler, plus several small tote coolers; patio furniture; TV's in both bedrooms; a new Graco portacrib; extra linens; extra kitchenware; computer friendly and much more!

. Our southern exposure patio is just steps from the oceanside pool,spa and gated walkway over the dunes to the ocean, and just steps in the other direction to the heated pool, tennis courts and clubhouse.Both pools have cabanas with restrooms.

Miles and miles of white, soft sandy beaches call to you, as does unit R-17. Just bring yourself, clothes and food to the best vacation spot ever!!!
