Sandpiper Beach Condominiums are located at the end of a quiet road, and consist of 27 units on 13 beatiful acres. The condominium itself measures a spacious 1200 square feet, including screened in lanai. Unit is fully furnished with kitchen, washer/dryer ,dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. New couches, bedspreads, accessories as of February14th, 2004!Facility has shared pool, tennis court and shuffleboard court. on premises and is only minutes to the world famous, Sanibel Island shelling beaches. The unit has a queen bed in one bedroom, and 2 twins in the second. There is sleeping available in the living room with a queen size fold out couch. Restrictions: No pets allowed, Non-smoking unit (smoking permitted only on porch), No Trailers We have made arrangements with a very reputable rental manager located on the island to service our rentals. You will check in with them, they will provide maid service at the completion of your stay; if you have any problems they are fully staffed and have an after-hours number. Additional maid service can be scheduled through our rental management company at your expense.
