Vacation Rental DescriptionOur Orlando villa is located on the Sanctuary Reserve at Westhaven just minutes from Disney, Orlando and next door to the Champions Gate golf course. The Sanctuary is a new luxury gated development and our villa has a prominent large corner plot situated on an established cul de sac.This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms with its own pool on an extended pool deck. The pool deck offers a combination of full shade and sun all day which ensures that everyone is catered for. There are 3 full bathrooms with an additional bathroom on the pool deck. This villa was completed September 2003 and has been furnished to an extremely high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, oversized fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob and microwave. The kitchen and breakfast nook floors are fully tiled. The washer & dryer are located in a separate utility cupboard. The breakfast nook has a table and chairs looking out onto the pool area whilst the dining area has an additional table and chairs for more formal dining. The Great room has a range of luxury furniture which includes a queen sofa bed. There is a large TV with cable and a choice of 80 channels.There is also a VCR and DVD player. A telephone is also provided for free local calls. The Master suite has access to the pool as well as two large walk in wardrobes and a bathroom that includes garden tub, large separate shower and his & her vanity basins. All bathrooms have tiled floors and splash areas. The bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has a TV and DVD player. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share an en-suite and have lockable doors. All bedrooms are well furnished and include fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are equipped with twin beds whilst bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. All linen is provided as well as towels for each bathroom. The entire villa is fully air conditioned and in addition there are ceiling fans in the great room, master suite and on the covered lanai. The pool is set on an extended pool deck and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has a selection of luxury pool furniture and offers excellent shade whilst the extended pool deck ensures that sun-lovers have sun all day. There is also a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required. As well as a brick paved drive for off road parking there is also a double garage. The total area of the villa is 1863 sq ft. This Florida villa would make an excellent choice for two families sharing or several couples holidaying together.
