Vacation Rental Description*** Oceanfront 2BR/2BA (two bedroom / two bath) and Studio Vacation Condos in Beautiful St. Thomas, located directly at oceanfront pool and beach ***Our newly decorated, non-smoking 2 BR, 2 BA vacation condos are located directly at the oceanfront pool at Watergate Villas on beautiful Bolongo beach in St. Thomas. Condos enjoy year-round 80 degree temperatures, delightful island breezes, and excellent oceanfront views of Bolongo Bay and its beautiful Caribbean-blue water, coconut palms, and tropical landscape. Convenience! Condominums are located centrally on the south sunny shore between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Charlotte Amalie is 10 minutes drive west to well-known, duty-free shopping, and Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east to the St. John ferry. St. John is only a short 10-30 minute ferry ride. Our newly remodeled, oceanfront 2 BR, 2 BA condos are perfect accommodations for couples or families vacationing together. Condos have spacious, well-designed 1,075 sq. ft. layouts that promote privacy. Each condo can accommodate up to six persons (4 adults, two children), with two air-conditioned bedrooms set apart from each other and an air-conditioned living room with a pullout sofabed. Each condo has an oceanfront master suite with a king size bed and large sliding glass door that enjoys a breathtaking Caribbean view and access to patio/balcony. The second bedroom can be arranged as two twins or king to your preference. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub/shower and dressing area. All linens, including beach towels, are provided in the condo. Henry Link furnishings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, designer linens, and cool white tile floors throughout are just some of the nice appointments of our condos. Both condos have been completely remodeled in 2004, from new linens and decorations to ceiling fans, air conditioners, and appliances. Laundry facility with washers and dryers is conveniently located in the same building. There are three restaurants on property. Mim's Seaside Bistro, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and filet mignon, right at the ocean's edge, as well as Iggie's On the Beach and the Bolongo Beach House Restaurant. For those of you who may want to dine-in and enjoy the spectacular views and privacy of your condo, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and cookware that you have at home. A dining area adjoins the living room with a luxorious glass-top dining table and chairs, in addition to outdoor tables for dining on the patio/balcony. The close proximity of our condos to the pool and beach will appeal to parents and children alike. No need to pack and carry a cooler for the day. From the pool, you are at your condo for cool refreshments. And from the pool is walk-on access to the beach and ocean as pictured on our website. In addition to our (2) two bedroom, two-bath villas, we also have an oceanfront Studio at the same location that is perfect for couples. 'Palm Breeze' at Watergate Villas is a newly remodeled, non-smoking Studio condo with exquisite amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, king-size bed, walk-in closet, living/dining room area, full bath with tub/shower, and furnished patio with oceanfront views, located steps from the pool and beach access. Activities: St. Thomas offers a myriad of activities for all to enjoy. Everything for everyone! At our onsite beach are Swimming, Snorkeling, Beach Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball, three Restaurants, and Watersport Rentals for wave runners, windsurfers, sunfish sailboats, kayaks, aqua tricycles, snorkeling/sunset catamaran cruise on Heavenly Days, right from the beach, and much more . . . A visit to St. John is highly recommended. Transportation to St. John is only a short 10-30 minute ferry ride via person or car ferry from Red Hook, St. Thomas. British Virgin Islands (BVI's) are also within ferry distance or sailing/snorkeling excursion (Birth Certificate or Passport needed with photo ID for entry to BVI's and also for your return trip home through St. Thomas airport).
