The area is quiet and residential but in the immediate vicinity there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Puerto Banus harbour is a 15-minute walk away. The beautiful sandy golden beach is a 10-minute walk away. With three 18 hole golf courses, including a Trent-Jones course once used for the World Cup, Nueva Andalucia is ideal for the avid golfer. The exclusive resort of Puerto Banus is 4 miles west of Marbella. The fantastic resort offers something for everyone. The apartments are of pure white Andulusian style surrounded by tropical gardens that house the swimming pool. Air-conditioning or heating throughout makes a stay at any time of the year comfortable. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, modern well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room elegantly combining dining and lounge areas, which leads on to a private balcony equipped & ideal for dining 'al-fresco'. There are two double sized bedrooms (1 x twin,1 x dbl)both with large ample wardrobes. One bedroom is en-suite and there is a second bathroom. A bed settee in the living area can sleep two more people. The apartment has marble floors throughout, Satellite TV, Video Recorder, Video Library, Stereo System and high quality furnishings.
