Vacation Rental Description6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Executive villa with private pool and lake view located on Rolling Hills only 3 miles from Disney. Ideally placed for all other major area attractions, shops, restaurants etc.The rear of the property overlooks a beautiful natural lake and this together with the open conservation area beyond is home to many birds and other wildlife. Also at the rear of the villa is the large, fully screened deck area and covered porch which surrounds your own private swimming pool. The pool can be heated if required at a cost of $125 (ý80) per week. At almost 2700 square feet this spacious villa is ideal for large vacation parties. On the ground floor you will find a large master bedroom which has a king size bed and it's own TV, DVD, VCR and telephone. The large closet has a built-in wall safe and this can be made available for a nominal fee of ý10 ($15) - please order at the time you make your reservation. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and twin basins. A door from this bathroom offers access to the pool area. Adjacent to this bedroom is the second downstairs bedroom with it's own TV/VCR, two twin beds and with a further full bathroom located just across the corridor. Together these two bedrooms make an ideal family unit for mum, dad and two children. Also on this floor is bedroom 6, a family room complete with a full size bed and one twin bed. This bedroom also has it's own TV/VCR and has access to the second downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is a loft area that is equipped with a TV/VCR unit, Playstation 2, desk and chairs - ideal for keeping the kids quiet! Leading off the upstairs corridor you will find three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second master bedroom is located on this floor and this has it's own en-suite bathroom, a queen size bed and it's own TV, DVD and VCR. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms share en-suite access to the fourth bathroom. The first of these two bedrooms has a full size bed and it's own TV and DVD. The other bedroom has two twin beds and has it's own TV/VCR - together these two bedrooms and bathroom make another convenient family unit. Cable television is installed offering over 70 channels and ceiling fans in the main rooms provide additional comfort. The villa offers two spacious lounges. In the first lounge you will find for your entertainment a TV, DVD and VCR along with a HiFi unit and this lounge has a formal dining area. In the second lounge you will find a queen sleeper sofa and patio doors that open onto the large enclosed pool area and deck. All patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for the protection of any young children in the party. Familes with young children will be please to note that the villa has a crib and highchair available free of charge. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen has everything you should need including a hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, and a large fridge-freezer with icemaker. It also includes a toaster, blender and coffee maker. A second dining area with table and chairs is located adjacent to the kitchen. This also has patio doors leading out to the pool area. Adjacent to the two car garage is the utility room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
