Our brand new luxury villa, completed in October 2003, is located in a much sought after locaation just 5 minutes (or 2.5 miles) from Disney property. You can't get any closer! The villa sleeps from 2 to 10 people and houses 3 baths.We are located in a peaceful location and assure you that every effort has been made to see to your comfort! Why stay in a stuffy, cramped hotel room when you can have an entire home with your own pool...for less money! Featuring over 2,400 square feet of air conditioned comfort & luxury, the villa features vaulted ceilings, a sunny eat-in kitchen with full size appliances including refridgerator with ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, waste disposal, toaster & coffee maker. Take your meals in the kitchen, formal dining area or poolside. From there, you may relax in the living room complete with cable TV and DVD/CD player while gazing through the double doors to your private 13'X 26' swimming pool. The pool in heated and screened-in and features a covered lanai and outdoor seating for lounging. Unlike many others, the pool is southerly facing, which means it gets sun all day! The sumptuous master bedroom has a TV and walk-in closets and features a large en-suite bath with double shower, his & hers wash basins and corner king-size tub. The second bedroom boasts a large closet and an en-suite bath and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature twin beds and share a third bathroom with shower. 3rd bedroom all has a TV/VCR. There is also a sleeper sofa that folds out to a bed in the lounge area/living room. The villa additionally offers an attached 2-car garage, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board and whole-house alarm system. A management company is on hand 24 hours a day should the need arise.
