Vacation Rental DescriptionThe living room has a great view of the Intracoastal. Leather sofa and loveseat, a fireplace and tile floors. The kitchen is newly designed and equipped with new dishwasher, huge new refrigerator, new stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, cooking utensils, etc. The master bedroom is fully furnished and has a queen size bed, TV and VCR. The guest bedroom is also fully furnished and has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a day bed with one bed sliding under the other.This beautiful private home lies on the Intracoastal waterway and just a short walk to some of the best beaches Florida has to offer. Newly updated, all new appliances, new tile, fireplace and new swim/spa Jacuzzi. Bright, immaculate interior with lots of sun and a fantastic view of the Intracoastal. The Jacuzzi is the size of a small pool. The water can be hot or cold, your choice! You can turn the jets on and swim against the current for a great work out. The Jacuzzi will easily hold six to seven people in addition to a swimmer at the other end. Everything you need for a great vacation is provided. The home is fully furnished with all new top of the line appliances (refrigerator /freezer/icemaker, microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer), 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, stereo with CD player, fireplace, dock, new swim-spa and fishing gear are all included. All dishes, cooking utensils and linens are provided. Within ten minutes you can visit John's Pass for entertainment, shopping, fishing charters, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing (for the brave) and great restaurants. Disney World is a 1.5-hour drive. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (water park) are 45 minutes from the house. There are literally dozens of public golf courses within 20 minutes. The Redington Pier is across the street and offers fishing pole and equipment rental. World famous Clearwater Beach is 10 minutes north of the house and offers additional beaches as well as shopping, museums, the aquarium, and restaurants on the water. The Salvador Dali museum is located in St Petersburg and is a 20-minute drive from the house. (Well worth the trip!) There are 2 well-maintained public tennis courts within 5 minutes. There are 3 miniature golf courses within 10 minutes of the house. A children’s park is located 2 blocks from the house and is brand new. The Ellenton Outlet mall is about a 45-minute drive from Redington Shores and offers all kinds of outlet stores from Nike to Ralph Lauren to Levi’s and also has an ice skating rink. Tyrone Mall is a 15-minute drive from the house and offers movies, retail stores and restaurants. This is the home of spring training for many major league baseball teams. Tickets are inexpensive and are readily available. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers facility is a 30-minute drive from Redington Shores and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays can be seen at their stadium, 20 minutes away.
