A few of the bennefits of this home is its 3.5 car garage, ping-pong table, private hot-tub, BBQ, SWIM/TENNIS PASSES INCLUDED as well as many extras for your convenience. With an extra large dining room table seating 10 comfortably, a kitchen bar accommodating 4 more, allows all 14 guest to dine together. Also is great for a business meeting or retreat. One of the special features of this house is its 500-sq. ft. king master bedroom with a king bed as well as a full futon. you will also find a cable color T.V./VCR, a private deck, walk in tile/marble shower as well as a bathtub. A log beam ceiling accents this spacious room allowing a private get-a-way for adults or kids! Each room is spacious, has it's own bathroom and is decorated with its own unique atmosphere! With Nintendo 64/color TV in one of the Queen master and a color TV/VCR in the 'Bunk House' make it easy for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The 'Bunk House' is complete with 2 full futon/bunk combinations consisting of a full futon on the bottom (allows lots of seating during the day) and a twin on top.
