Vacation Rental DescriptionDuquesa Beach is a complex which all neighbours are very proud of. We like to believe that it is the most elegant and well located complex in Torrevieja. Located on the Northely side of 'La Playa Los Locos', the side where the beach is guarded, it was built 15 years ago. The building is architectually the most impressive in the area. It is modern yet has a certain romantic charm with it's stone pathed patio and wrought iron fence, a great idea to keep those children under control. The sound of its fountain in the main patio area is a great way to relax and helps cool those hot summer days. If it gets to hot you may either opt for the salt water of the Mediterranean Sea, a step away, or the fresh water of our swimming pool, both equally refreshing.Our apartment is located on the second floor. The entire east side, which includes the master bedroom, lounge room, balcony and solarium, faces both the fountain patio and the Mediterranean Sea. It is therefore a very cool apartment, meaning that during 'siesta' time, make sure to cover up. The decoration of the apartment is simple and clean, yet modern, elegant and fresh. Its entire 70M2 of interior, 20M2 of balcony and 40M2 of solarium, are made to make the most of.
