Vacation Rental DescriptionWhy make our home 'Florida Wish' your first choice?*The location; *the price * the resort facilities. Make a wish -it can come true.The lovely home is large and comfortable and can either be enjoyed as a 4 bedroom home or it can be used as a 3 bedroom house with a self contained lock off master suite. TWO MASTER BEDROOMS HAVE ENSUITE BATHROOMS. Whether your party consists of one or more families, or a gathering of friends and relatives renting my home provides inexpensive roomy accommodation not available in an hotel. You can use the large downstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as a self contained unit. This Suite has an American-size KING SIZE bed, own TV, dvd and fridge. (Ideal if you are vacationing with grandparents or a second couple, or maybe you could invite them for a few days.) The Upstairs master bedroom has an American QUEEN size bed with overhead canopy- so romantic- and ensuite bathroom, TV and VCR. This bedroom has a romantic rose petal theme and the room has patio doors leading out to a SOUTH FACING balcony, perfect for that evening drink. The double bedroom and bedroom with 2 twins each have a TV and VCR in them. Upstairs there is a third full bathroom with shower and tub. The living area is very spacious- relax on the 2 sofas or chairs, chat at the dining table for six or perched at the breakfast bar, prepare food in the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) and if necessary use the washer and dryer.(One sofa is a sofa bed so that the house can sleep up to 10 guests.) Dining area has patio doors out to SOUTH FACING covered porch and shared garden. It was an era that saw the birth of rock N roll and the Diner. Happy Days indeed!. There's simply no other 1950's era icon that evokes the period like the timeless neon jukebox and yes STAY AND PLAY has such a CD playing NEON JUKEBOX. FREE family Board games and FREE Console-Game-Joypad-with 25 games available.. The joystick is the entire machine - you put in the batteries, plug in the Scart connector and you're ready to play. Plus Free use of five Golf clubs for you to try and see if you are a Tiger Woods in the making. We want you to enjoy every moment of your vacation!! Our location is a big attraction. Lake Berkley, is a wonderful resort, built around picturesque lakes with stunning evening sunsets. There is a wide range of community facilities for you to enjoy; fishing on the lakes, a lovely beach with powder white sand, a heated community pool, hot tub/spa with bubbling waters, loungers in the pool area & gardens, a clubhouse bar and BBQs plus fitness room, games room with pool table etc, weekly entertainment, computer with 24/7 FAST INTERNET ACCESS ; WIRELESS HOT SPOTS, tennis courts, beach volley ball court, and for our very welcome younger guests, their own kids playground and YES WE ARE NEAR ALL THE THEME PARKS. Our is a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic so your kids are safer yet within 1 mile of highway 192 for shops, restaurants and entertainment.Our resort community is focused on the heated pool. Let your children play in the sparkling waters of the communal swimming pool where they will make new friends whilst you supervise from either our clubhouse bar, a lounger in the gardens, the bubbling waters of the hot spa or even whilst you cook another steak on the BBQ facilities-this is a sure fire way to attract new friends for you too. As you can see, we have plenty of activities to keep you all amused, so that you can STAY AND PLAY at home and yet be only a 15 minute drive from Walt Disney World. Sumary-Disney is just 15 mins drive away.Get to Universal and Seaworld within 20 mins) as Lake Berkley is within 1 mile of highway 192 with it's many shops, restaurants and entertainment.
