Vacation Rental DescriptionHave the vacation of your life at a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida vacation villa about 10 minutes drive from Disney World.‘Sunny villa' can sleep 10, having two master bedrooms, a third double bedroom and a twin-bedded room, and a Queen sleeper sofa. In fact, the villa can take 11 if one is an infant ! There is a crib which converts to a playpen. The villa also has a highchair. Built in December 2000, the villa has its own private, screened swimming pool, which faces south so that you get the sun all day long! An elegant shaded lanai adjoins the pool, which is surrounded with decking. There are plenty of chairs and chaise longues. This fabulous villa has high vaulted ceilings, and attractive ceramic tiles in the hallway, living room, kitchen and dining-room. The bedrooms are fully carpeted. The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. It is tastefully decorated and fully air-conditioned. There are five televisions, a DVD player, a VCR and a CD player. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and drier. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is a dish-washer, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, etc, etc. In short, everything you need for the perfect holiday is provided. The villa is in Bridgewater Crossing, a beautiful upmarket community that nestles among 165 acres of tranquil nature reserves just minutes from Disney World. The delightful Lake Madison is a minute's stroll from the villa. You can fish for bass ! There is a three mile lakefront nature trail, community swimming pool, fllodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a children’s play area. Bridgewater Crossing is only 3 minutes drive from the fabulous Champions Gate complex with large supermarket, drug store, restaurants and two of the best golf courses you could ever play on ! The famous Highway 192, home to many shops, supermarkets, gas stations and a multitude of restaurants, is a mere ten minutes drive. It is 15 minutes drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and Islands of Adventure. Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes drive away. The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast are about an hour away. The superb Gulf Coast beaches can be reached in about 80 minutes.
