Vacation Rental DescriptionThe Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop, in total peace and tranquility and only 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast. The Quinta is in the centre of the sunny Algarve. The property is south facing and is set in breathtaking countryside overlooking the town of Loulé, which is only 1.5 kilometres down the road! The Golden Triange of the Algarve is only a 15 minute drive away. Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century and is divided up into two cottages and two apartments all of which have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All apartments have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture. The Quintassential now comprises of a one bedroom rustic duplex cottage that sleeps two, this is the Bread Oven House and this houses the original bread oven dating back to the 19th century. The Bread Oven House all has the original tiles from the quinta and has its own secluded garden and superb views of the sunset. The Orange Cottage is a large rustic two bedroom cottage. The Orange Cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and the other with twin beds. It has a huge terrace and the cottage is fully equiped. There are also two large one bedroom apartments, the Lemon and the Carob. These are the newer of the properties at Quintassential and are light and airy both also with private terraces. All kitchens come fully equiped and all the accommodation has recently been newly decorated and furnished to a very high standard and there is satellite TV in three of the four accommodations. All accommodation has radio/CD players and also Bar-B-Q's on the patios for al-fresco dining.On arrival to the Quintassential we provide all our guests with a generous welcome hamper which includes, bread, ham, cheese, water, white wine, red wine, fruit juice, beers, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, jam and local fish pate. We provide bathrobes for all our guests to use at Quintassential, along with pool towels and beach mats. We also provide hairdrying facilities and alarm clocks. We do not charge for children under the age of 5, and cots and high-chairs are provided free of charge. On selected evenings we also have provide evening meals - authentic home cooked Portuguese food served on the owners terrace.
