Vacation Rental DescriptionThe Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop, in total peace and tranquility and only 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast. The Quinta is in the centre of the sunny Algarve. The property is south facing and is set in breathtaking countryside overlooking the town of Loulé, which is only 1.5 kilometres down the road! The Golden Triange of the Algarve is only a 15 minute drive away. Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century and is divided up into two cottages and two apartments all of which have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All apartments have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture. The Orange Cottage, the largest of the accommodation at Quintassential, the Orange Cottage is a large two bedroom rustic cottage with a fully fitted kitchen including oven and stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.The Lounge/diner is tastefully decorated with cane and pine furniture, Satellite TV and Hi-Fi, ceiling fan and the Orange Cottage boasts an original 19th century fireplace that now houses the wood-burning stove. Double doors lead on to the very large private terrace with it's own table, chairs and Bar-B-Q area. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin, w.c. bidet and there is also a shaver point. The Orange Cottage bedrooms consist of one double bed and one twin bed. The Orange Cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and an infant.On arrival to the Quintassential we provide all our guests with a generous welcome hamper which includes, bread, ham, cheese, water, white wine, red wine, fruit juice, beers, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, jam and local fish pate. We provide bathrobes for all our guests to use at Quintassential, along with pool towels and beach mats. We also provide hairdrying facilities and alarm clocks. We do not charge for children under the age of 5, and cots and high-chairs are provided free of charge. On selected evenings we also have provide evening meals - authentic home cooked Portuguese food served on the owners terrace.
