Vacation Rental DescriptionThe Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop, in total peace and tranquility and only 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast. The Quinta is in the centre of the sunny Algarve. The property is south facing and is set in breathtaking countryside overlooking the town of Loulé, which is only 1.5 kilometres down the road! The Golden Triange of the Algarve is only a 15 minute drive away. Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century and is divided up into two cottages and two apartments all of which have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All apartments have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture. The Bread Oven House 'Casa Do Forno' is the smallest of the accommodation at Quintassential, a one bedroom rustic duplex cottage tastefully decorated and boasting many original features from the old Quinta including a 'crows nest' lounge. It may be the smallest of the accommodation at the Quintassential, but is sure makes up for it in character........it has oodles of character. The bedroom has a double bed, bathroom with shower. The 'crows nest' lounge area has spectacular views and has a radio/CD player.The kitchen/dining area has the original bread oven dating back to the 19th century and original floor tiles from the Quinta. The kitchen comprises of fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and gas hob. From the dining area there are doors leading on to a completely private terrace with Bar-B-Q, table and chairs. There is also a wood burning stove for the cooler winter evenings. The Bread Oven House also has its own little garden with a further seating area and surrounded by an abundance of beautiful flowers and shrubs and with spectacular views of the sunset from its own terrace. The Bread Oven House (Casa do Forno) sleeps a maximum of 2 On arrival to the Quintassential we provide all our guests with a generous welcome hamper which includes, bread, ham, cheese, water, white wine, red wine, fruit juice, beers, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, jam and local fish pate. We provide bathrobes for all our guests to use at Quintassential, along with pool towels and beach mats. We also provide hairdrying facilities and alarm clocks. We do not charge for children under the age of 5, and cots and high-chairs are provided free of charge. On selected evenings we also have provide evening meals - authentic home cooked Portuguese food served on the owners terrace.
