Vacation Rental DescriptionOur Bed and Breakfast / Holiday Rooms are located in the scenicWest Kelowna Estates and enjoys superb views of the Okanagan Lake and the City of Kelowna. Weather permitting enjoy your breakfast on the decks overlooking all the activities on the lake. We are only minutes away from the city center, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, various major tourist attractions, wineries, hiking trails, and within one hour from four major ski resorts including Big White ski resort. You can choose to stay as B&B guests or book either the Garden Room Suite with a King bed & Jenny Day bed (sleeps 4 max) with its own kitchenette, slated shower ensuite, private deck and entrance, or the 2 bedroom suite with the Lemon & Limes (queen bed and 6' sunken bathe ensuite )and the Banana & Blueberry ( King or Twin beds with shower ensuite) sitting room & summer kitchen, or book the whole place - 3 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The swimming pool is in our beautifully landscaped garden and is complete with a diving board and slide. (May-Sept) The hot tub which is heated year round is situated just beside the guest entrance, and only steps away from the common shower/bathroom. The pool and hot tub provide hours of enjoyment and relaxation for all our guests. We also have cable TV in all the bedrooms and there is a videos /dvd player as well as an air hockey table. The three delightfully decorated bedrooms, each having their own ensuite bathrooms, hair dryers, matching towels, bottled water and a complimentary snacks. The 'Lemon and Limes Room' has antique pine furniture, a queen size bed, and has a large 6' sunken tub ensuite for soaking in after your days activities. The 'Banana and Blueberry Room' with twin beds (that can be made up as a king size bed) has a beautiful tiled shower ensuite. The 'Garden Room' has a King bed, a Jenny Day bed, a small kitchenette, a slate shower ensuite, fireplace, TV / VCR and French doors onto the private deck. There is a bedsette and children's cots for your little ones depending on your needs and your booking configuration. Bed & Breakfast guests will enjoy our hearty full breakfasts - hot and cold, which weather permitting is served on the top deck. There is also lots of parking and a separate entrance for the Suite and the Garden Room, so you may come and go as you please. The B&B can be rented out as a suite with an extra double hide-a-bed sofa in the lounge, and also as self-catering.
