Vacation Rental DescriptionThe Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop, in total peace and tranquility and only 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast. The Quinta is in the centre of the sunny Algarve. The property is south facing and is set in breathtaking countryside overlooking the town of Loulé, which is only 1.5 kilometres down the road! The Golden Triange of the Algarve is only a 15 minute drive away. Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century and is divided up into two cottages and two apartments all of which have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All apartments have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture.The Carob Apartment is one of the newer accommodation at Quintassential, a light and airy one bedroom apartment with a large bedroom that has a double bed, large ceiling fan & patio doors leading on to the sun terrace. The Carob has a large bathroom with shower, washbasin, w.c. bidet and shaver point. The spacious lounge/diner is decorated tastefully with pine furniture, has a sofabed and a wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings. The lounge has Satellite TV and CD player and patio doors leading onto a private terrace with tables, chairs and a Bar-B-Q. The kitchenette comprises of fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and electric hob. On arrival to the Quintassential we provide all our guests with a generous welcome hamper which includes, bread, ham, cheese, water, white wine, red wine, fruit juice, beers, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, jam and local fish pate. We provide bathrobes for all our guests to use at Quintassential, along with pool towels and beach mats. We also provide hairdrying facilities and alarm clocks. We do not charge for children under the age of 5, and cots and high-chairs are provided free of charge. On selected evenings we also have provide evening meals - authentic home cooked Portuguese food served on the owners terrace.
