This quiet studio apartment in the 12th arrondissement is a fifth floor walk-up at the corner of the Place d’Aligre Market . A five minute walk to the Bastille and the new Opera House. A minute’s walk to Gare de Lyon where Metro Line 1 goes directly to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Champs Elysees, the Grand Palais. But it’s Paris, why not walk?
New floor, drywall, appliances, furniture, fixtures - everything is new. Even the King-size bed. We wanted it to be an oasis - a quiet, elegant place where you can relax at the end of the day.
