Improper use of the system will result in the account cancellation and the deletion of all listings without refund. Improper use includes, but is not limited to the posting of unacceptable material and the use of the system for sending bulk emails (spam). ovrentals.com will determine what constitutes acceptable use. Availability ovrentals.com will make every attempt to minimize downtime and maximize the availability of the system. ovrentals.com cannot guarantee 100% availability and neither the service nor the owners of the service can be held liable for any costs arising from service outages, acts of God or negligence. Accuracy All of the information presented on ovrentals.com is entered and updated by third parties and for that reason ovrentals.com is not responsible for the accuracy for any of the information displayed. It is the responsibility of the renter to verify information presented on ovrentals.com when communicating with the owning/managing party. It is the responsibility of the owner to verify any information sent by a prospective renter via ovrentals.com. Cancellation No refunds will be paid for unused service in the event of cancellation.
